The project involved the construction of a 700 m2 new Fire hall.

#2 for the City of Richmond. This 2-bay fire hall was designed on a tight sight with dormitories, hose tower, administration/communication areas, kitchen and conference, living and fitness areas, along with a multipurpose training/lecture room.

Rudy was the lead Commissioning Authority for this project. The project attained a LEED Gold Certification. (April 2015)
